I believe entrepreneurship is comprised of three main areas:

Leadership – providing quality guidance and direction

All endeavors involve people; therefore, innovation and enterprise require leadership.

Innovation – constant creation and exploration

The key to most successful, lasting businesses is innovation. Without constant adaptation, a business relaxes and becomes comfortable in its practices and is ultimately overtaken by competitors.

Enterprise – a challenging project

Without a project, there is no need for leadership or innovation. Entrepreneurs take on new enterprises in both their personal and business life. Innovation is in their nature, and being a forerunner requires leadership ability.
